MOHAN SHAKTI NATIONAL HERITAGE PARK
Mohan Shakti Heritage Park requires no special introduction. It is a vast heritage park in the district of Solan and is located on NH-22 that connects Shimla & Kalka. This park is very vast as it accommodates various sculptures, some temples, replicas of the famous tourist sites in Solan, and much more. This park is still under construction and more attractions are being added to it. Visiting Mohan Shakti Heritage Park is not a bad deal during the trip to Solan. This great place to go on weekends for a family picnic or usual outings with friends. You need to take a side road to this place and is almost 6 km away from the main Kalka-Shimla national highway.

The Heritage Park spreads over 40 acres of land and is under development. It is situated at Shakti Sthal, Hurt village on the right bank of river Ashwani near Salogra and is about 12 km from Solan. To reach here you either need to hire a Taxi or an Auto Rikshaw from Solan city. Transportation facility as per public buses is not available right now. Mohan Shakti Trust was set up in 1979 with the sole purpose of developing ancient Indian heritage and for the development of the socio-economic and educational status of real, deserving persons.
